PERUVIAN BLACK JADE (also called Lemurian jade)
Black jade is a stone of energetic protection, sometimes known as a "guardian stone". It can support self control, wisdom, and balance. This stone can help integrate your shadow self and do some reflection around our vulnerabilities and unpacking unconscious beliefs. Black jade will support you being at peace with both yourself and those around you. It's soothing during periods of long term stress and disruptive events.
Mineralogy
This soft, porous nephrite is mined near the capital of Lima. This material often comes with pyrite sparkles or fine lines of pyrite included, which is unique and helps identify it.
