Frequently Asked Questions
We do not offer wholesale at this time, and have no plans to in the forseeable future.
As a team of 1 human (and 2 small dogs), we simply do not have the workforce, space, or demand to store and fulfill massive wholesale crystal orders.
Our business is retail-facing and focused on our retail customers and their needs at this time.
We do occasionally sell bulk listings of surplus or old inventory on our feed sale page on Instagram - @themineralmavensales.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for crystals or bracelets for sanitary reasons. We also cannot accept returns or exchanges for apparel, as those are shipped and fulfilled from a 3rd party print-on-demand service.
Refunds and store credits are offered at the discretion of Mineral Maven. If you believe an item is missing or damaged from your order, please contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery/receipt with photographs of the damage (if applicable).
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of packages. Once USPS picks up the order, it's out of our control. We always provide tracking information, and any claims must be filed with USPS directly.
As of 01/02/24, our ‘$9 Flat Rate Priority Mail’ option has changed to a ‘$9 Standard Flat Rate’. The $9 Standard Flat Rate includes tracking + insurance up to $100, and will ship as either Ground Advantage or Priority Mail for 2-7 business day delivery.
All orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days (does not include apparel*), unless otherwise noted. Orders are not fulfilled or shipped on weekends or holidays.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of packages. For any missing or damaged packages, a claim must be filed with USPS directly.
Print-on-demand Apparel Shipping
Apparel ships free within the US if you order it separately from any other products. If you combine it with other products, you will only pay shipping for those products/crystals (as non-apparel products ship from us, and the apparel ships from the printer).
*Please note: Fulfillment times for print-on-demand apparel is independent from our fulfillment times for non-apparel products.
International Shipping Policy
We do currently ship internationally, and the customer is responsible for all associated shipping and customs fees. Insurance is not automatically included unless selected and paid for by the customer.
Please note: We do not ship to the UK at this time, we are not set up with the new Brexit regulations/VAT.
