Shipping policy

Shipping (Updated as of 12/04/24)

As of 12/04/24, we are no longer shipping to Europe. We do not have enough orders from this region to justify the expense of compliance with the new GPSR regulations that take effect 12/13. We will notify you if we are able to reopen European shipping in the future.

As of 01/02/24, our ‘$9 Flat Rate Priority Mail’ option has changed to a ‘$9 Standard Flat Rate’. The $9 Standard Flat Rate includes tracking + insurance up to $100, and will ship as either Ground Advantage or Priority Mail for 2-5 business day delivery.

All orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days, unless otherwise noted on website header (does not include apparel*). Orders are not fulfilled or shipped on weekends or holidays. Majority of orders will be shipped with Priority Mail or Ground Advantage through The United States Postal Service depending on what you select at checkout, unless otherwise specified. Shipping insurance is not guaranteed unless the customer selects a shipping service that includes insurance during checkout. Apparel ships free within the US if you order it separately from any other products. If you combine it with other products, you will only pay shipping for those products/crystals (as non-apparel products ship from us, and the apparel ships from the printer).
*Please note: Fulfillment times for print-on-demand apparel is independent from our fulfillment times for non-apparel products.

Any combined shipping requests must be made immediately after purchase, and are accommodated entirely at our discretion.

We are not liable for incorrect information (name, address, etc) entered at checkout that results in undelivered or mis-delivered packages. If a package is returned to us, we can offer to re-send it at the customer's expense.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of packages. Once USPS picks up the order, it's out of our control. We always provide tracking information. If you want to insure your package, you can select that shipping option (Priority Mail, "Flat Rate Priority Mail", Priority Express, etc). First-class package does not include insurance. For any missing or damaged packages, a claim must be filed with USPS directly. We don't have any additional insights or ways to track your package besides the same tracking info provided to you.

International Shipping Policy

We do currently ship internationally (though flat rate shipping isn't available at this time), and the customer is responsible for all associated shipping and customs fees. Insurance is not automatically included unless selected and paid for by the customer.

Please note: We do not ship to the UK at this time, we are not set up with the new Brexit regulations/VAT. We do not ship to Europe at this time, as we are not set up with the new GPSR regulations that took effect 12/13/24.
