Returns
Returns will be handled on a case by case basis, refunds and store credits are offered at the discretion of Mineral Maven. If you believe an item is missing or damaged from your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery/receipt. If for any reason you are unsatisfied or have an issue with your order please contact us at contact@themineralmaven.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for crystals or bracelets for sanitary reasons. We also cannot accept returns or exchanges for apparel, as those are shipped and fulfilled from a 3rd party print-on-demand service.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of packages. Once USPS picks up the order, it's out of our control. We always provide tracking information. If you want to insure your package, you can select that shipping option (Priority Mail or "Flat Rate + Insurance"). If you want to add additional insurance coverage, you must reach out to us before placing your order. For any missing or damaged packages, a claim must be filed with USPS (or the shipping company) directly. We don't have any additional insights or ways to track your package besides the same tracking info provided to you. We are a very small business and cannot provide refunds for packages damaged/lost by USPS.
